About This Webpart

Essentials Notices helps communications teams share the right information at the right time, without overwhelming users. Notices appear across SharePoint pages with intuitive Info, Warning, and Urgent styles, pulled from a central admin catalogue or edited inline using the This web part mode. Users can dismiss messages they’ve seen, and audience targeting keeps alerts relevant so people only get what matters to them.

  • Configure notices centrally or edit them inline directly on the page with This web part mode.
  • Choose Info, Warning, or Urgent styling so alerts are immediately understood.
  • Let people dismiss notices once they’ve seen them, keeping the page experience clean.
  • Target alerts to specific teams so each person only sees the updates that matter.
