Pricing questions
QHow is my tier determined?
Your tier is based on the total number of licensed Microsoft 365 users in your tenant. You select the tier that matches your user count when you order — you can upgrade at any time as your organisation grows.
QWhat counts as a tenant?
A single Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online environment (e.g. contoso.sharepoint.com). One license covers that entire tenant — all sites, all departments, all users within the licensed count.
QDoes annual billing really save money?
Yes — annual billing is priced at 10× the monthly rate, giving you roughly two months free compared to paying monthly for 12 months.
QAre prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices are in EUR and are exclusive of VAT (or applicable local tax), which will be added at invoicing based on your billing address.
QWhat are the payment terms?
Tier 1 and Tier 2 are invoiced on standard terms. Tier 3 and above are invoiced on Net 30 terms. All tiers are billed via invoice — no card required.
QDo Mega Menu, Analytics, and Editor Dashboard cost extra?
Yes — those three products are licensed separately and priced based on tenant configuration. Contact us for a quote.
