Essentials Coworker transforms how your organisation builds and shares AI Copilot skills. It bridges custom AI prompt engineering and team collaboration, enabling everyone to create, discover, and deploy Copilot skills without manual markdown editing.
The Skill Catalog lets users browse pre-built skills organised by category (Productivity, Communication, etc.), search dynamically, inspect skill metadata and versioning, and add skills to their personal OneDrive for quick access. Individual skills can be exported as plugins, or entire collections exported as a plugin pack.
The Skill Builder provides an intuitive step-by-step form editor to create custom Copilot skills:
- Define skill title, folder/slug name, and frontmatter description
- Assign categories and set custom version numbers
- Write step-by-step task instructions for Copilot
- Define trigger phrases and usage scenarios
- Provide sample inputs and expected output formats
- Set guardrails and boundaries for safe AI behaviour
A Live Preview pane shows real-time SKILL.md output as you build. Submit finished skills to the corporate catalog for admin review and enterprise-wide distribution, or download the SKILL.md file locally for offline use.
