About This Webpart

Document Rollup turns multiple SharePoint libraries into a single document browser. Editors can choose the source scope — this site, selected sites, hub site, followed sites, or all sites — then narrow results by file type, keyword, or advanced KQL query. The web part renders documents as clean cards with file-type badges, metadata, and preview-style thumbnails, or as compact lists for faster scanning. You may choose what metadata to display. You can also select how many documents to show and sorting available on different parameters. It is ideal for project document hubs, policy and procedure libraries, finance or marketing content dashboards, and any intranet page where people need fast access to relevant shared files.
