We're a small team that's been deep in SharePoint for more than a decade. We make the tools we wished existed.
Who we are
Team KRM EOOD is a Bulgarian company registered in Sofia. We’ve spent the last ten-plus years building, customising, and governing SharePoint intranets for organisations across Europe — from municipalities to logistics companies to professional services firms.
SP Essentials is the product line we built from that experience. Every web part, every layout, every feature in the property pane comes from a real intranet need that we got tired of solving the hard way.
What we believe
Microsoft 365 ships a lot. Most of it is good. The gaps are real, and they’ve been the same gaps for years. We don’t think you should have to write custom SPFx code to roll up news from multiple sites, or to put a mega menu on your intranet, or to see what’s actually being read.
Tools should respect their users. SharePoint admins are practitioners — they know their tenant, they know their content, they know their organisation. Our property panes expose the controls that matter and skip the configuration theatre.
Small is a feature. We’re small on purpose. It means we can release fixes the day you report them, we know our customers by name, and we can say no to features that don’t fit.

- SP Essentials Mega Menu — a real mega menu for SharePoint, with multi-level structure and audience targeting.
- SP Essentials Analytics — Matomo-backed page-level analytics.
- SP Essentials Editor Dashboard — governance and editorial oversight for intranet teams.
