Privacy Policy

Last updated May 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Team KRM EOOD (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our website or use our products.

Note: This is a starter draft based on common B2B SaaS practice and what our license server actually does. You should have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before going live, particularly for GDPR, Bulgarian data protection law (ZZLD), and any jurisdiction-specific requirements that apply to your customers.

Information we collect

When you visit the website

  • Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer. Retained for 30 days for security and traffic analysis.
  • We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site.

When you contact us

  • Information you submit via the contact form: name, email, company, tenant URL (if provided), and your message.
  • We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about our products. We do not share it with third parties.

When you license our products

  • Tenant ID (Microsoft 365 tenant GUID) — required to validate the license.
  • Company name, billing contact, and license tier.
  • License activation events: tenant ID, product ID, web part version, page URL where validation occurred. Used for license enforcement and troubleshooting.
  • Aggregate usage counts (number of license validations per day per product). Used for capacity planning. No per-user information is collected.

We do not collect:

  • Information about individual SharePoint users in your tenant.
  • Content of pages where our web parts run.
  • Browsing behaviour within your tenant.

How we use information

  • To deliver and support our products.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To send service-related communications (license expiry notices, security updates, major version announcements). You cannot opt out of these while you hold an active license.
  • To improve our products through aggregate usage analysis.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate (Microsoft Azure for hosting, email providers for delivery). Bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities when required by Bulgarian or EU law.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”), subject to our legitimate business interest in maintaining records of past licenses for audit purposes.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Data portability — receive your information in a structured format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We respond within one month, free of charge.

International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in Microsoft Azure data centres in the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA in our normal operations.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or analytics cookies. We use a single session cookie for the contact form to prevent abuse; it expires when you close your browser.

Children

Our products are not intended for use by children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to licensed customers by email.
